The city of Piqua Power Plant Waterfront Redevelopment Project has recieved an award for Environmental Excellence from the National Demolition Association. Piqua's contractor, Homrich of Carleton, Michigan was presented the award in the Community Enhancement category at the NDA Demolition Convention and Expo in Orlando, Florida on March 19.
Environmental Excellence Award is the industry's prestigious recognition program which honors DNA members who have demonstrated significant enviornmental conservation and community involvement.
