The following procedure helps us honor your request as quickly as possible:

• Public records requests may be made by phone, mail or email. Written requests are not required.
• If paper documents are requested, MCD will provide the first five standard letter-sized photocopies at no cost. Additional copies are 5 cents per page plus mailing costs. Additional or different costs may apply if another format is requested. MCD will provide records after payment is received.
