General Parking: General public parking will be available, non-reserved, first-come, first-served basis, in the Hobart Arena parking lot for concert events. Parking is also available in Community Park. Street parking is also available in the neighborhood located across Elm Street from Treasure Island Park. Disabled Parking: A limited number of parking spaces for vehicles with state issued disabled parking tags will be permitted at Treasure Island Park. Enter the park entrance at 439 N. Elm Street.

Are restrooms available?

• Public restrooms will be available at Treasure Island Park during events.

Is smoking permitted?

• Smoking will not be permitted in the amphitheater area of the park during concert events.

Will first aid be available?

• Bike medics cover the park area during City-sponsored events and concerts.

Are there specific rules for concerts?

The following items are prohibited in the amphitheater/concert viewing area:

• Umbrellas
• Laser pointers
• Beach balls and/or inflatables
• Signs
• Selfie sticks
• Bikes
• Any other items deemed dangerous or inappropriate
