The Miami Conservancy District (MCD) Board of Directors will hold its next meeting on Wednesday, Sept. 20, at MCD headquarters, 38 E. Monument Ave. in Dayton. The work session will begin at 10 a.m., followed by the board meeting at 12:30 p.m.

MCD crews have finished clearing the Great Miami Bike Trail of trees and branches. Tuesday's storms left trees across the trail and debris scattered along the trail. Crews worked throughout the morning and early afternoon to clear the trail for users.
